QA Affiliate collects as little data as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand page views and engagement — which pages are useful, not who visited them. No advertising identifiers are collected by us. Analytics is only active once a measurement ID is configured.
• Affiliate clicks: when you click a "View Deal" link, an anonymous event (product, merchant, category) is recorded to measure which collections perform. This contains no personal information, and a copy may be kept in your browser's local storage.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address solely to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Contact form: messages you send us — your name, email and message — are used only to respond to your inquiry.

What we never collect

• We do not create user accounts or profiles.
• We do not collect payment information — purchases happen on the merchant's website.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies or local storage entries for analytics and site functionality. Merchants you visit through our affiliate links set their own cookies under their own policies — including cookies that attribute your purchase to our referral. See our Cookie Notice for details.

Third parties

Google Analytics processes usage data on our behalf under Google's terms. Affiliate merchants process purchase data under their own privacy policies. Our newsletter provider, once connected, will process subscriber emails under its own policy.

Data retention

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention settings.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time via our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
